बिहार में पूर्ण शराबबंदी कानून लागू होने के कारण दुकानों में ब्रांडेड शराब नहीं बिक रही है, लेकिन नशे के लती लोग कहीं-कहीं इसे चोरी-छिपे तैयार कराकर पीरहे हैं।
