दुई गठबन्धन चुनावी मैदान थिए। एउटा, कांग्रेस, माओवादी, एकीकृत समाजवादी (१०), लोसपा र जनमोर्चाको गठबन्धन थियो। अर्कातिर एमाले, राप्रपा र जसपाबीच तालमेल भएको थियो।
