- How to do ghusl (bath)? In Prayers and duties ·December 3, 2022Question: How do I make ghusl? Can you please tell me the steps. Normally what I do is take a shower with minimum water and wash and rub the areas on where is impurity. Thereafter I gargle my mouth 3 times and put water into my nose 3 times and blow it. After coming from the bathtub I wash my both feet into the sink. Please let me know if what I am doing is right or wrong. Answer ID: 167258 Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim ! (Fatwa: 422/378/M=04/1440) The sunnah method of doing ghusl is that the person taking a bath should first of all wash both the hands up to the wrists. Then wash the private parts and any impurity if found on the body. Then make wudhu as done for salah. Thereafter pour water over right and left shoulders three times each then on head and over whole body. If water accumulates in the bathing place then the feet should be washed later, otherwise wash them at the time of starting ghusl. So it is mentioned in the book of Fatawa. - Taharah of bedding or bed-sheet.In Prayers and duties ·December 3, 2022Question: Due to wet dream some drop of sperm felled on bedding. After having wet dream I went to take ghusl. After coming back I saw some drop of liquid on bedding. That may be sperm or water. I am not confirm about that so what should I do with that bed sheet. How should we wash the bed sheet which have become impure. Answer ID: 165049 Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim ! (Fatwa: 16/206/SN=04/1440) Semen is thick fluid and somewhat cloudy white in colour. If it gets smeared with clothes etc it can be felt by seeing or touching. The drops which you saw after bath, if you are sure that it was semen then the portion of the chuddar with which it is smeared shall be declared impure and it is mandatory to wash it; Salah will not be valid without washing it. Put the impure part under the tap and rub with hand and flow water until you are sure that the impurity is removed, Thus the chuddar will turn pure. You may also wash the chuddar in tub etc in a way that you wash it thrice with new water every time and wring each time. See: Dur Mukhtar with Shami 1/342, pub. Beirut, Ahsanul Fatawa 2/57, pub. - Wudhu for a person having problem of regular wind passing (Farting)In Prayers and duties ·December 1, 2022Question: I have a problem of passing wind at regular short intervals. So, I offer one namaz with one wudhu. And I do wudhu after the prayer time starts. (1) In maghrib, with a fear of losing Jamat or losing a rakat, sometimes I did wudhu a few minutes before the time of the prayer started. The same I did in Fajr in Ramadhan. Is my namaz valid? Can I follow the above in future? (2) Sometimes I have to go somewhere. In a fear that I won't get the opportunity to do wudhu there (e.g., unavailability of water), can I do wudhu before leaving home when there is still time in the next prayer time (at least 30-45 minutes)? (3) Sometimes the wind passing is so frequent that I'm even unable to complete my wudhu. What should I do in this case? (4) I usually recite the Quran after Fajr. When Fajr time ends and the 20 minutes makrooh time starts, do I have to do wudhu again to recite Quran in those 20 minutes. Again when this makrooh time ends and Ishraq time starts, do I have to do wudhu again to continue reciting? (Or to offer Namaz-e-Ishraq?) Answer ID: 183172 Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim ! (Fatwa: 384/112/Tatimmah/H=4/1443) (1) In the question mentioned above, if you constantly pass out the wind and do not get enough time during the full time of a salah to be able to perform the fardh salah of that time, then according to Shariah, you are a mazur person (excused). It would not be right for you to perform wudhu before salah time and offer salah with the same wudhu. The ruling for a mazur person is that he should perform wudhu only after the time of salah starts. It is necessary for you to reoffer the salahs that you have performed by performing wudhu before entering the time. (2) This method is not correct. The ruling for Shariah mazur person is that he would perform wudhu after entering the time of timely salah. (3) Wudhu would be valid in this case. (4) Wudhu done after sunrise (during makrooh time) is sufficient for Ishraq salah, tilawat etc. there is no need to make wudhu again after passing makrooh time. - Durood Tunjina, Taharah, NamazIn Prayers and duties ·December 3, 2022Question: 1. I get urine drops on my clothes when I stand for prayer will my prayer be valid or do I need to repeat again? Also I have hemorrhoids and feces comes out of it automatically will I be always be in state of nijasat? Do I need to make my wudhu again and again and repeat salah? 2. I think someone has done jadu on me. I keep getting scratched at night with marks on my back. There are some people (I don’t want to mention them) who say things that come right in my mind. Also I get waswasah and temptation a lot. I made a regular habit of reading durood Tunjina 300 times daily. My upper back starts to hurt a lot when I read it and so does my chest. Please keep me in your duas. Answer ID: 168394 Bismillah hir-Rahman nir-Rahim ! (Fatwa: 586/535/L=06/1440) If you are not mazur in the term of Shariah i.e. you get time in the whole time of a salah in which you can offer fardh salah after being pure then in case of urine drop or discharge of impurity your wudhu shall break and it shall be mandatory for you to perform wudhu again and remove the impurity from the cloth or body. والمعذور من لا يمضي عليه وقت الصلاة إلا والذي ابتلي به يوجد فيه (ملتقى الأبحر مع مجمع الأنهر 1/57، الناشر: دار إحياء التراث العربي) (2) Continue reading the Manzil compiled by Hadhrat Shaikh al-Hadith Hadhrat Maulana Zakaria (ra), in-shaAllah it shall benefit you a lot.
